String duo, Sorelli Ensemble discuss the importance of the right music during your wedding day, to create the perfect atmosphere and reflect your love story.

With so many different elements to put together to create your special day, music can often be left on the side lines but it can be the best place to start! Music evokes feelings and brings back memories like nothing else does.

We often get asked ‘how do I choose the piece to walk down the aisle to?’

This is probably the most common question and a very important one. We always tell our brides to try and envisage themselves in that moment and how they want to be feeling. Do they want to be taken down memory lane to a special moment with their partner? Do they want to feel excited, relaxed, calm?

Music has the power to make us feel all of these things in an instant. When it comes to choosing when to have music, we are always on hand to discuss ideas with our couples. Taking them through the various options. Live musicians are not only lovely to listen to, but they are also a visual attraction for your guests. There hasn’t been a wedding that we’ve played at where we haven’t had guests dancing and interacting with us. This is what helps bring our music to life!

So whether it be one special piece that you would like arranged for your partner or you would like to create a soundtrack to your day from beginning to end, here at the Sorelli Ensemble we enjoy going through this creative process with you. Making a unique, personalised musical setting to suit your day.

If you think this is something that you would like to explore with us, visit our website www.sorelliensemble.com, or come and visit us and hear us live at The West Midlands Wedding Fair on 21st & 22nd October at Stoneleigh Park at stand A14.
