We have put together a list of all the things you need to consider bringing to The Wedding Fairs to get the best experience at our shows!
♥ A bottle of water! Although there will be drinks available it’s always a good idea to have a bottle of water on you.
♥ A spare bag, or maybe even two! You will get a lot of flyers, brochures and business cards at The Wedding Fair from the exhibitors, so make sure you have some way of carrying them.
♥ A notebook and pen, you will meet a lot of people and you’ll need to write a lot of information down.
♥ Wear something comfortable, especially if you plan to try on dresses! You will be walking around a lot, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
♥ Make a plan of who you want to see, or have a rough idea of what you want to book at the fair. You can find out information about who will be attending on the exhibitors page and you will also be sent a digital copy of the show guide before the event to help you plan your day. By planning in advance this means you can go straight to those exhibitors you want to see when you get there.
♥ Bring people whose opinions you trust, and will want what’s best for you. You will need people who can help you make the best decisions at the show, so you can benefit from booking on the day and benefit from show only offers.
♥ Bring your diary or wedding planning book, so you have all your information to hand.
♥ If you already have a colour theme make sure you have some swatches to hand, so you can discuss ideas with exhibitors.
♥ If you plan to give out your contact details to lots of exhibitors it could be an idea to print out some address labels. This will save you rewriting your information multiple times.
♥ Bring along your debit or credit card, because lot of exhibitors will offer deals on your deposit if you book on the day! So you can secure the exhibitors for your wedding day and save money on your big day.
We hope that these tips will help you have the best wedding fair experience you can have!
